🎭 What Is Musical Improv?

Musical improv blends acting, music, and comedy. Instead of learning lines or rehearsing songs, you’ll make everything up on the spot. You’ll sing with others, build scenes, and create surprising stories together.

As a result, you’ll find yourself laughing, learning, and letting go of perfection. It’s bold. It’s silly. And it’s one of the best ways to spend a Monday night.

🎧 What to Expect Each Week

Each session is led by supportive facilitators and features a live musician. Together, you’ll learn to create songs on the spot, build musical scenes, and enjoy the magic of the unexpected. Whether you’re a total beginner or dipping your toe back in, this is your chance to surprise yourself.

🎶 What You’ll Learn

Over 8 playful weeks, you’ll:

  • Play easy improv games to build confidence
  • Make up fun songs and scenes with your group
  • Learn to work together, listen, and trust your ideas
  • Tell short stories using music and characters
  • Try new things in a safe, playful space
  • (Optional) Perform in a fun live showcase!

Along the way, you’ll surprise yourself more than once.
